(1) Vendor needs to provide preventative maintenance program review service to the government authority located in Winslow, AZ.• Evaluate the current state of the preventative maintenance framework• Confirm alignment with operational needs, safety expectations, and regulatory requirements• Identify opportunities to improve:– PM strategies and methodologies– Job plans and maintenance approaches– Asset reliability and lifecycle performance• Support the continued evolution of standardized and scalable practices within Maximo• Assessment of preventative maintenance programs and strategies• Review of job plans, tasks, or maintenance approaches• Evaluation of asset data, structures, or criticality methodologies• Alignment with industry standards, regulatory expectations, or leading practices• Review of system utilization, reporting, and decision–support capabilities• Identification of risks, gaps, inefficiencies, or improvement opportunities(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 07, 2026
