CONS-23459 - USA (Los Angeles, California) - Landscape Maintenance Services - Deadline October 1,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide landscape maintenance services to the government authority located in Los Angeles, CA.• The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, parts, tools equipment, transportation, hauling, dumping, fertilizers, insecticides, chemicals and other items needed to perform Landscape, Irrigation & Hardscape Maintenance tasks as required under this Contract• The Contractor shall accomplish all routine maintenance work required under this Contract between the hours of 6:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. Monday through Saturday• Fertilizers shall be complete, furnishing the required percentage of nitrogen, phosphoric acid and potash to keep trees, shrubs and other plants in a healthy and vigorous growing condition.• Tree stakes, tree ties and guy wires shall be of materials matching those in the existing work site or as approved by Authority’s Project Manager• Replacement plant materials shall be inspected by agency Project Manager prior to planting.• Contractor shall at all times conduct all operations under the Contract in a manner to avoid risks of bodily harm to persons, damage to any property and fire.• Ground cover beds shall be maintained within their intended bounds and edged or detailed every two (2) weeks.• Ground covers shall not be permitted to encroach into shrubs, adjacent desirable bare areas, wall fixtures, furniture, walkways, etc.(2) The contract period will be for one year.
