ACCT-25996 - USA (Seattle, Washington) - Human Resources Internal Audit Service - Deadline July 24,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide human resources internal audit service to the government authority located in Seattle, WA. – The contractor will also review prior internal audit reports related to the Human Resources Department to help gain an understanding of the audit area.– The selected contractor will determine the audit’s final objectives and the procedures necessary to achieve the objectives.– The preliminary audit objectives are to:• Assess compliance and best practices with recruiting, hiring, promotion, and separation requirements.• Evaluate staffing authorization and budget alignment controls and determine whether staffing levels and allocations are systematically aligned with approved budgets and funding sources.• Determine if investigations are conducted timely in accordance with required procedures, and if investigation outcomes are consistently applied.• Determine if roles and responsibilities are clearly defined.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 10, 2026.(3) Pre–bid meeting will be held on July 9, 2026.
