(1) Vendor needs to provide restoration collaborative coordinator service to the government authority located in Grand, CO. – Agency seeks a Coordinator who will serve as the primary point of contact for scheduling, communication, and organizational support.– Task 1: Administration and Coordination• Organize steering committee and subcommittee meetings, as needed, including scheduling, agenda development, and note–taking.• Maintain records, documents, and internal communication platforms.• Support collaborative members with logistics and information sharing.– Task 2: Private Landowner Outreach and Engagement:• Implement outreach to private landowners for surveys, assessments, and project participation, as outlined in the Outreach Plan and in coordination with the outreach committee.• Schedule site visits, track landowner interactions, and provide educational materials at outreach events and meetings.• Serve as a liaison between landowners and project partners working to develop assessments and plan restoration projects.– Task 3: Fiscal and In–Kind Tracking Support• Assist the Fundraising Subcommittee with grant tracking and reporting.• Track project budgets, expenditures, and funding allocations.• Support financial documentation and invoicing processes.• Develop and maintain a system for tracking volunteer hours, partner contributions, and other in–kind support.– Task 4: General Support & Communication:• Assist with outreach, stakeholder communication, and information sharing.• Assist with reporting and documentation of agency’s progress and success.– Task 5: Tribal Engagement Support(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 6, 2026.
