DRA-11248 - USA (Cordova, California) - General Herpetofauna Survey Services - Deadline August 20,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide general herpetofauna survey services to the government authority located in Cordova, CA.– Herpetological surveys will consist of coverboard surveys and visual encounter surveys in seven different habitats– The biologist shall have a minimum of a bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in wildlife biology or related science– Surveyors will record each coverboard location via GPS. GPS locations will be documented in the final report– Field Surveys– Visual Encounter Surveys– Visual encounter surveys (VES) will occur within a one (1) acre area near the coverboard transects in each of the seven survey areas.– Surveyor(s) will walk meandering transects through suitable habitat within each survey area to maximize detection of reptile and amphibian species– Wetlands located within a survey area will be surveyed for all amphibian life phases.(2) All question must be submitted no later than August 12, 2026.
