(1) Vendor needs to provide social marketing campaign service. – Develop creative assets, plan and procure advertising spots, message test and analyze and report on campaign performance to deploy a one–month social marketing campaign for suicide prevention month in September 2026.  – Work activities shall follow a media production and marketing timeline and operational framework, encompassing planning, production, marketing, distribution and reporting.– Collaborate and regularly communicate with the agency via videoconferencing, emails and telephone calls during all phases of development, production, marketing and distribution to provide status updates, ensure incorporation of the agency’s priorities and seek feedback from the agency.– Demonstrate project viability with a work–in–progress snapshot, including, still images, design and advertisement mock–ups, or sample social reel and video previews.– Create an anticipated production schedule that includes potential problems or concerns that may arise before the project’s completion, including proposed solutions to address any potential barriers.  – Multimedia production: Develop the multimedia assets as needed basis.– Advertising programming and channels: Provide advertising assets that are fully produced, approved by the agency and ready toair in the media platforms and channels listed below for the entire month of September2026.– Social media collaborations.– Message testing: Conduct qualitative message testing within the target audiences prior to executing the advertising schedule.– Tools and reporting: Submit weekly cost summary reports of all production, marketing, and distribution activities and associated campaign analytics including gross generated media value versus ad spend versus net generated media value for social media.– Hand off: Provide all raw files, print ready files, licensed assets and other media files, as well as supporting digital or print collateral.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 1, 2026.
