QUALITY-2960 - USA (Panama, Florida) - Smoke Testing, Manhole Inspections and I&I Analysis Service - Deadline September 1,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide smoke testing, manhole inspections and I&I analysis service to the government authority located in Panama, FL. – Perform smoke testing, manhole inspections, and inflow and infiltration (I&I) analysis of the sanitary sewer collection system.– Manhole inspections shall include, at a minimum, visual inspection of the manhole cover, frame, chimney, cone, walls, bench, channel, invert, steps, pipe penetrations, and all visible appurtenances.– The Contractor shall provide digital photographs for each inspected manhole.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 20, 2026.
