FOOD-11022 - USA (York, South Carolina) - Smart Snack Vending Services - Deadline October 1,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide smart snack vending services for the sale of beverages, food and/or snacks on District owned or managed facilities to students to the government authority located in York, SC.– Vending machines will be maintained with fresh products, particularly those with cold food items that could spoil or become stale.– Vending machines will have a “full” appearance; large gaps in the product supply are not acceptable. This may mean that some products will need to be replaced daily, depending on demand.– Contractor will maintain bill changers at a ninety–five (95%) service level on a daily basis. The bill changers will have a capacity to accommodate users 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.(2) All question must be submitted no later than September 9, 2026.(3) Contact period will be for one year.
