(1) Vendor needs to provide commercial real–estate professional services to the government authority located in Somersworth, NH. – Commercial property services requested includes to marketing materials and advertising, delivery of a comprehensive price analysis to be reviewed by officials pre–listing, including all necessary professional efforts to complete the sale of the property. – Commercial real estate broker shall provide comprehensive marketing and brokerage services to facilitate the sale of the property.– Develop and implement a targeted marketing campaign, including direct outreach to prospective purchasers, investors, developers, and broker networks.– Provide regular written updates regarding marketing activity, inquiries, showings, and market feedback.– Coordinate property tours and respond to inquiries from prospective buyers and cooperating brokers, serving as the initial point of contact.– Conduct a market analysis and recommend an appropriate listing price and marketing strategy.(2) A non–mandatory pre–proposal site visit will be held on September 02, 2026.
