Vendor needs to provide home meals for thanksgiving service to the government authority located in Houston, TX. – To deliver between 2,000 and 2,500 hot “individual packaged Holiday meals” on Thanksgiving Day (November 26, 2026) to individuals who are 60 years and older, live in County and who would have difficulty obtaining a meal on their own.– For preparing, cooking, and overseeing the preparation and delivery of the meals to ~ 9 designated sites.– Also provide a written delivery plan detailing how many vehicles they have to deliver the meals to the ~ 9 designated sites between 8–9 am.• Sliced Roast Turkey • Cornbread dressing, Cranberry sauce and giblet gravy (on the side) • Two (2) holiday sides: Example: greens, sweet potatoes, etc..) • One (1) fresh roll which must be individually packaged. • One (1) Slice of Holiday pie: Sweet Potato or Apple (in a separate container). – The meals must be packaged in a container that is leak–proof and suitable for travel. – Plastic carrying bags and disposable cutlery packets (fork, spoon, knife, with salt and pepper) must also be provided.
