THE CITY OF LAKELAND IS SEEKING APPLICATIONS TO APPLY FOR LOCAL GOVERNMENT AREA OF OPPORTUNITY (LGAO) FUNDS AVAILABLE FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF AFFORDABLE MULTI-FAMILY HOUSING WITHIN THE CITY OF LAKELAND. THE CITY OF LAKELAND WILL PROVIDE A LOCAL GOVERNMENT CONTRIBUTION TO ONE QUALIFIED DEVELOPERS/SPONSORS, WITH A TOTAL AMOUNT OF $460,000 AVAILABLE FOR THIS PROGRAM.
