TRANSPORT-11512 - USA (Anchorage, Alaska) - Night Shelter Services - Deadline August 11,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide night shelter services to the government authority located in Anchorage, AK.– Provide safe, temporary shelter for individuals experiencing homelessness.– Night–only shelters will offer secure, safe environments and will accommodate individuals with complex needs, including mental health conditions, substance use challenges, physical health and mobility concerns.– Provide an on–site supervisor during operating hours. On–Site supervisor must be able to manage crisis episodes, de–escalate and help resolve difficult situations. – Provide security or roving safety staff at a 1:50 staff to Client ratio to maintain a safe and sanitary location within and around the facility during operating hours. – Provide intake of Clients to ensure the safety and rights of Clients inside and outside the facility – Provide every client with, at minimum, a snack and water. – Provide every client with, at minimum, a cot and blanket for sleeping. Cots must be kept in sanitary condition. (2) Pre–bid meeting will be held on July 16, 2026.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 30, 2026.
