(1) Vendor needs to provide banking and investment services to the government authority located in Ohio.– Provide comprehensive banking, trust, and investment services,1. Maintain operational liquidity: ensure sufficient cash is readily available to meet daily operating expenses and financial obligations through a demand deposit checking account.2. Maximize earnings on available cash: optimize returns on cash while maintaining immediate access to funds through automated daily sweeps and cash pooling strategies.3. Optimize short–term reserves: preserve capital and maintain liquidity while earning competitive returns on funds designated for near–term needs.4. Grow Longer–term reserves: maximize risk–adjusted returns on excess funds not needed for immediate operations, using longer–duration investments consistent with the organization's investment policy.(2) All question must be submitted no later than November 16, 2026.
