East District Campus Water & Sewer Connection

Dane County is seeking bids from qualified contractors for the East District Campus Water and Sewer Connection located at 7501 Luds Lane, McFarland, WI. This project involves providing municipal water and sewer connection to the Medical Examiner's Office and the East Highway Garage, water softeners for each building and well abandonment under a lump sum contract. Work is expected to be performed in coordination with any operational constraints for each facility , and must comply with all applicable county specifications, ordinances and local permitting requirements. Interested vendors should have demonstrated experience in projects of similar size and complexity. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, April 15, 2026 at 2:00p.m. at 7501 Luds Lane. All questions must be submitted by 5:00p.m., April 17, 2026, Bid packages are due by Tuesday, April 28, 2026 at 2:00p.m.
