(1) Vendor needs to provide banking and depository services to the government authority located in Bernalillo, NM. – Work include courier and lock box services; activities provided by the County’s on–line property tax payment account; and acceptance and processing of ACH and other payment transfers from outside or internal resources for the primary bank.– Provide lockbox services during the first half of the agency’s property tax collection period.– Provide on–line, real time internet banking capabilities to include the following:A. User maintenance and administration, including password reset.B. Account summaries and transaction reporting and analysis.C. Domestic wire, book transfer, and stop payment capabilities.– Receive and count all cash delivered to the bank, and provide coins and currency as necessary.– Safe deposit services for off–site storage of the agency’s microfilm tax roll archives at nearest available branch or facility.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 23, 2026.
