(1) Vendor needs to provide janitorial services to the government authority located in Flat Rock, NC. – Empty all trashcans. – Replace trashcan liners. – Deposit all trash and boxes in dumpster. – Clean countertops, sink and floor in kitchen. – Dust all ledges, sills and partitions to keep clean and free of dust. – Dust and damp wipe all horizontal surfaces.– Vacuum and dust all cloth bottom chairs. – Clean grills on heat and air conditioning ducts and air returns. – Spot clean all surfaces including entrance areas and glass partitions. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 13, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year. (4) Hold pre–bid meeting or site visit will be held on October 12, 2026.
