(1) Vendor needs to provide debt collection services to the government authority located in Arizona.• Third–party debt collection agency to collect patient responsibility balances for ambulance transport services.• The Collection Agency will receive account data directly from the billing vendor and conduct professional debt collection activities.• The third–party billing vendor will provide patient responsibility accounts directly to the Collection Agency in an agreed–upon file format (e.g., CSV, SFTP, API, EDI). • Collection agency must be capable of receiving and importing files from the billing vendor's system on a regular schedule.• Primary and secondary insurance billing and claim submission• Insurance claim appeals and resubmission• Account eligibility determination • Account adjustments, write–offs, and courtesy reductions• Financial assistance eligibility and enrollment• Billing system maintenance and account balance validation (handled by billing vendor)• Legal action decisions(2) A pre–bid meeting will be held on October 14, 2026.
