(1) Vendor needs to provide waste management and recycling services to the government authority located in Stillwater, MN. – Provide collection services for Mixed Solid Waste (MSW) and/or recyclables and recyclables processing. – The collection, processing, and marketing of single–sort and mixed fiber recyclables from the agency.– The collection of scrap metal and aluminum from the agency for processing at an agency–designated facility. – The collection, processing, and marketing of mixed fiber recyclables as well as the collection of MSW from up to five one–day collection events located throughout the agency.– The collection, processing, and marketing of single–sort recyclables, the collection of MSW, and the collection of scrap metal for processing at a agency–designated facility from tax–forfeited properties throughout agency on an as–needed basis.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 17, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for three years.
