ITQ# 161899 Roof Replacement for Two (2) CRA Residential Properties

The City of Homestead is seeking to retain a qualified and licensed general contractor to provide roof replacement for two residential properties located within the Homestead Community Redevelopment Area. The selected Contractor shall furnish, including, but not limited to, all labor, materials, equipment, skills, tools, permitting cost, supervision as necessary for proper completion of the work and to carry out this agreement in compliance with the requirements with all applicable local, state and federal codes and regulations and scope of work provided within this Invitation to Quote (ITQ).
