(1) Vendor needs to provide pre–construction and construction service to the government authority located in Las Vegas, NV.– Reservoir Design Components:• 5 MG below–grade reinforced concrete reservoir with (2) 2.5MG basins, inlet/outlet piping, and ancillary facilities• Appurtenances necessary to integrate the reservoir into the 3355 Pressure Zone• Provisions for future additional facilities at this site including, but not limited to, reservoir expansion and a pumping station• Onsite fencing/walls and gates, access roads, grading, erosion and flood protection, offsite electrical and offsite drainage.– Pumping Station Design Components:• 6.7 MGD pumping station with horizontal split case pumps, intake piping, onsite 36–inch discharge piping and ancillary facilities• Pump station building with Pump Room, Disinfection Room, Compressor Room, Operations Room, Electrical/Instrumentation Room, Bathroom, Janitor’s Room, Elevator, and Bridge Crane– Design Coordination:• Review the project area to familiarize Contractor’s staff with the site and construction conditions.• Participate in project coordination meetings on a monthly or more frequent basis which will include collaborative discussions with the Owner, Developer, Engineer, and Owner’s Representatives.– Construction Management Coordination:• Work with Owner, Developer, Engineer, and Owner’s Representatives to identify and coordinate construction needs for temporary site utilities, access, office facilities, storage, and laydown areas.• Prepare and develop the required construction work packages, procurement process, and subcontracting plan including solicitation, procurement, and execution procedures.(2) All question must be submitted no later than September 4, 2026.
