DEBT-2187 - USA (Lansing, Michigan) - Collection Agency Services - Deadline October 28,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide collection agency services to the government authority located in Lansing, MI. – Collect on delinquent electric, water, sewer, steam and chilled water service utility accounts (Account) that have been inactive for a period of 60 days or more.– The vendor shall provide account information electronically to the vendor on a weekly basis. Data for transmittal will include customer name, customer account number, mailing address, service address, social security number, rate category, and collectible amount (Amount) which is further broken out into utility commodity charges and non–commodity related charges.– The vendor shall not settle any account for anything less than 80% of the Amount with the understanding that the payment must be a one–time lump sum payment.– The vendor shall provide how payment arrangements will be handled including frequency and duration with the understanding such payment arrangements shall be for the collection of not less than 100% of the Amount.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 16, 2026.
