Drainage System Rehabilitation (DSR) – Annual Construction Contract

The work covered by these Contract Documents consists of furnishing all labor, supervision, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, testing, permits, temporary facilities, incidentals, and other services necessary for the rehabilitation, repair, replacement, reconstruction, and new construction of stormwater drainage systems and associated roadway, utility, and site improvements at locations throughout Duval County. Purpose. This is a continuing unit-price construction contract intended to provide the City with a qualified Contractor capable of completing multiple Drainage System Rehabilitation projects as needs and funding are identified. Work will be assigned and funded by individual City-issued Purchase Orders and further defined by a project-specific Scope of Work. Location. Project sites may be located on any City street, roadway, right-of-way, easement, stormwater facility, outfall, ditch, pond, City-owned property, or private property for which the City has obtained appropriate legal access. The City does not guarantee that work will be uniformly distributed geographically.
