(1) Vendor needs to provide state lobbyist services to the government authority located in Gallup, NM.– Legislative strategy and session advocacy:– Strategy development: collaborate with the city manager to establish, refine, and prioritize the city’s annual municipal legislative agenda prior to the launch of each agency legislative session.– Active lobbying: represent the city's official positions to members of the agency house of representatives, the agency senate, legislative leadership, and relevant committees; as well as the governor’s office.– Bill tracking and analysis: monitor, review, and analyze all introduced legislation, amendments, and administrative rules that may impact the agency municipal operations or municipal tax base.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 10, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
