RFQ for Progressive Design-Build Contract Documents for New Library and Community Center at Albert Park Project

The City of San Rafael hereby requests proposals from qualified progressive design-build teams to provide progressive design-build services for the New Library and Community Center at Albert Park Project. Proposals shall be submitted by progressive design-build teams that have a capable and demonstrable background in the type of work described in this Request for Qualifications (RFQ). In addition, all interested teams shall have sufficient, readily available resources, in the form of trained personnel, support services, specialized Consultants & Contractors and financial resources, to carry out the work without delay or shortcomings. The Project includes two phases: (1) preconstruction design phase services (“Phase 1”); and (2) final design services and construction services to complete the Project (“Phase 2”), each of which are more fully described in the Contract Documents.
