(1) Vendor needs to provide universal composting policy and pay–as–you–throw policy development services to the government authority located in Mountain Village, CO.– Development of a final and comprehensive community engagement plan, utilizing a range of outreach methods such as in–person events, surveys, social media, and direct mail. – Development of a supplemental assurance plan in collaboration with town staff and in compliance with the agency.– Development and implementation of the community engagement plan.– Review of the town’s existing, applicable data, ordinances, plans, information, resources, etc. to understand waste, material characterization, trends, and services.– Development of a universal composting policy– development of a pay–as–you–throw policy.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 31,2026.(3) A pre–bid meeting will be held on September 1,2026.
