EXTRA-78136 - USA (Alabama) - Point in Time Count Technical Assistance Services - Deadline November 6,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide point in time count technical assistance services to the government authority located in Alabama.– Project management and coordination across multiple government agencies and community partners– Data collection, preferably involving locating and surveying hard–to–reach populations– Communicating data analysis to agency leadership, community stakeholders, elected officials and the general public.– Outreach workers and community–based homeless services.– Develop, maintain and direct the project using a shared, detailed project plan.– Responsible for administering surveys to persons living in unsheltered locations and to persons residing in shelters.– Cloud–based mobile application counting us to collect data during the street count.– Maintaining a website to be used for sharing information about the efforts and as a volunteer and outreach worker recruitment tool.– Researching, ordering, and organizing incentive items and assembling kits.– De–duplicate respondents who appear in more than one data source, when possible.– Assigning and coordinating volunteers to data collection sites including real–time resource realignment.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than October 27,2026.
