EXTRA-74578 - USA (Oregon) - Independent Dispute Resolution Services - Deadline September 9,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide independent dispute resolution services to the government authority located in Oregon.– Provide out–of–network (OON) claims recovery, underpayment appeal, and Federal Independent Dispute Resolution (IDR) support services. – Develop the offer amount and supporting written argument, including Qualifying Payment Amount (QPA) challenges, market rate data, complexity, provider training/experience, and other permissible factors.– Manage all administrative fee and certified entity fee payments and track cost–effectiveness of pursuing each dispute.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 24, 2026.
