(1) Vendor needs to provide forensic financial audit services to the government authority located in Edinburg, TX. • Conduct an independent examination of selected financial activities, with particular focus on the historical depletion and use of the agency’s fund balance and periods of limited or unusual financial activity.• The engagement may include a review of financial transactions, expenditures, revenues, fund balance activity, internal controls, accounting records, supporting documentation, and other related financial activity as deemed appropriate.• Identify and evaluate significant financial trends, transactions and activity, determine whether transactions were properly authorized, recorded and supported and identify any areas requiring further review or clarification.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 8, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for one year.
