(1) Vendor needs to provide audio visual services to the government authority located in Clermont, FL.– Services may include audio, lighting, video, stagehand labour, technical production support, setup, operation, troubleshooting, load–in, and load–out services and related event support services, and may be required during regular business hours, after hours, weekends, holidays, or other times as determined by the city based on event needs.– Audio system setup, operation, mixing, monitoring, cabling, microphone placement, wireless microphone support, and troubleshooting.– Lighting setup, focus, programming, operation, cueing, strike, and troubleshooting.– Video setup, camera operation, switching, projection, graphics, signal routing, recording support, and troubleshooting.– Stagehand labor for load–in, setup, deck work, carpentry, risers, soft goods, wardrobe support, load–out, and general production needs.– Followspot operation for rehearsals, performances, and events.– Technical support for meetings, conferences, ceremonies, theatrical performances, concerts, community events, and other City functions.– Coordination with City staff before, during, and after events.– Familiarization with City venues, equipment, policies, and operating procedures.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 8, 2026.
