(1) Vendor needs to provide cloud–hosted assessor replacement system. – Provide comprehensive, modern, and fully integrated Software–as–a–Service (SaaS) as the new assessor replacement system to replace the county’s legacy assessor mainframe, as–400 system and other add–on applications.– Provide a proven, Commercial–off–the–Shelf (COTS) system delivered as a SaaS subscription model.– Cloud–hosted SaaS offering, fully hosted, managed, maintained, and configured.– System shall leverage modern cloud–based technologies and industry best practices to meet the county’s operational, statutory, and strategic objectives.– System shall support the complete lifecycle of property assessment, including secured and unsecured roll creation, supplemental assessments, exemptions, appeals, and robust reporting.– Accessible to county users via a standard web browser without requiring county–managed infrastructure.– Provide all software, implementation services, data migration services, configuration, integration, training, hosting, software maintenance and support, and all associated third–party components required for a fully functional, turnkey system.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 30, 2026.
