(1) Vendor needs to provide organizational readiness training materials and curriculum development services to the government authority located in Riverside, CA.– Develop a comprehensive and standardized set of organizational readiness training materials and curriculum that equips organizations within county to effectively prepare for, integrate, and sustain community health workers within their operations.– Design materials that provide practical guidance related to organizational readiness, including roles and scope, integration into existing teams and workflows, supervision and support structures, communication and collaboration practices, referral and care coordination processes, and strategies to promote successful and sustainable implementation.– Assess readiness needs, design curriculum content, develop facilitator and participant resources, create technical assistance tools, and pilot test all materials prior to finalization.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than November 16, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
