Vendor needs to provide new education building services to the government authority located in Monroe, NC.– Building will be a newly constructed, two–story, structural steel approximately 58,000 square feet.– The final building footprint has not been finalized, and the selected firm will be integral in determining the best location in accordance with ongoing long–term facilities master planning.– The building will have college classrooms and labs typical along with supporting areas needed for the current teaching environment.– Core areas will include classrooms (32 students), labs (24 students) open office, private offices, reception and conference spaces, work or break rooms for faculty and students, student lounge, cafeteria, kitchen, IT, facilities, and mech or Elec spaces as needed.
