Vendor needs to provide videography and photography service.   - Video Nominee Interview Videos    – Responsible for providing all technical elements of production, including cameras, lights, etc.  – Schedule and film interviews with representatives from the fifteen to eighteen organizations and individuals at their various locations– Gather supplemental materials such as photographs, B‐roll, and music for interviews – Full post–production on all interview videos of nominees to be shown at the event with graphic introduction and lower–third elements- 2026 Gold Pan Photography– 10X20 Photobooth with on–theme props and backdrop for the duration of the event.– Photos in the foyer during the opening reception from 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m during the reception.– Photos during the awards ceremony in the ballroom from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.– Photos after the awards ceremony in the ballroom from 8:30 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
