(1) Vendor needs to provide electronic payment services.– Direct deposit or electronic funds transfer payments – traditional bank to bank automated clearing house payments.– Customer Portal – a secure, network–based portal for agencies to view payment reports, and for customers to select their preferred digital payment method, view payment status, and access statements. – Physical pay cards – physical prepaid debit cards issued to recipients as an alternative to paperchecks or traditional bank direct deposits. includes both single–use cards and reloadable cards.– Digital disbursement platforms – the electronic transfer of funds directly to a specialized application, such as PayPal, Venmo, or Cash app.– Digital check – electronic versions of traditional paper checks processed electronically via the automated clearing house network.– Push–to–card payments – digital disbursement method that allows agencies to send funds directly to a recipient’s debit or credit card in real–time using card networks.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 24, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for six years. (4) Pre–bid meeting will be held on August 18, 2026.
