(1) Vendor needs to provide professional management and operations services to the government authority located in Dallas, TX. – Provide comprehensive management and operation of the Majestic Theater; a historic performing arts venue.– Operator that will preserve the theater’s historic significance while maximizing its use as a premier cultural destination through exceptional venue management, responsible financial stewardship, community access, and outstanding patron experiences. – Performing arts venues and the organizational, financial, and operational capacity to deliver high–quality services in partnership with the city.– Responsible for day–to–day management of the facility, including event booking, scheduling, sales, financial management, preventive and routine facility maintenance, custodial operations, coordination of capital maintenance activities, and the delivery of high–quality event support services.– Operating and maintaining a comprehensive ticketing system with reporting capabilities.– Providing qualified event personnel, including ushers, ticket takers, guest services representatives, security personnel, and other staffing necessary for event operations.– Coordinating technical production services, including audio, lighting, staging, rigging, communications, and related event infrastructure.– Janitorial and custodial services.– Building maintenance and housekeeping.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 9, 2026.
