(1) Vendor needs to provide architectural, design and related engineering services.to the government authority located in Farmington, CT.– Participate in visioning work sessions, public information meetings, Fire Station Building Committee meetings, Town Council meetings, and other committee meetings as requested.– Provide recommendations on the possible phasing of construction of the three Fire Stations in the manner that is most efficient for the Town.– Use the Statement of Needs to develop schematic designs for the following:a. Demolition and construction of a new East Farmington Fire Station on current siteb. Renovation of Farmington Fire Station with the Construction of an Addition for apparatus baysc. Demolition and construction of a new Hose Fire Station on current site(2) A Mandatory Walk thru will be held on August 31, 2026.(3) All question must be submitted no later than September 8, 2026.
