(1) Vendor needs to provide paid media campaign services.– Provide education to the public regarding the risks associated with impaired driving, which includes operating a vehicle while under the influence of drugs or alcohol.– Include the creation and production of campaign materials, as well as the media buy and placement throughout the state during the appropriate time frames in the year alerting the public to enhanced enforcement campaign efforts– Campaign Development• Work with agency staff to develop targeted, evidence–based messaging related to enforcement campaign awareness and the dangers of driving while impaired• Ensure compliance with federal and state communication guidelines– Creative Production• Produce high–quality media assets (e.g., video, audio, digital, print)• Ensure accessibility standards are met– Media Planning and Placement• Develop a strategic media plan targeting high–risk areas or demographics• Purchase and place media across appropriate channels, including:• Digital platforms• Broadcast (TV/radio)• Outdoor advertising• Social media– Data–Driven Targeting– Campaign Management(2) The contract period will be for one year.
