(1) Vendor needs to provide custodial services to the government authority located in Calvert, MD.– Semi–annual deep cleaning custodial services– Routine custodial services  – Routine custodial services shall be performed at the facility two days per week.– Vacuum carpeted areas and entry mats.– Sweep and mop hard surface floors.– Clean and disinfect restroom fixtures including toilets, urinals, sinks, partitions, and floors.– Clean mirrors, chrome fixtures, and dispensers.– Dust furniture, ledges, and horizontal surfaces.– Clean entryways, lobby areas, and common spaces.– Deep clean and wax all tile floors.– Shampoo carpet throughout the building.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 6, 2026.
