(1) Vendor needs to provide reinsurance software solution. – For Reinsurance Software as a SaaS model. – A centralized repository for treaty and contract details. – Loss reporting to automatically identify claim losses that exceed applicable retentions, calculates reinsurer shares of claims and applicable recoveries based on treaties. – Support accounting and compliance workflows, including bordereaux generation, automated premium billing, manual and automated receipt handling. – Allow users to customize reinsurance reports for regulatory, audit, and internal reporting purposes. – Provide automated Schedule F production.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 15, 2026.
