(1) Vendor needs to provide engineering services to the government authority located in WA. – Sewer utility design and outside agency permitting support.– Bid advertisement and construction / contract management support.– Land surveying including topographical surveys, legal descriptions, GIS plotting of District assets and construction staking.– Process control and electrical plan review and design.– New development civil plan review with focus on sanitary sewer.– Landscape architecture and design for district facilities.– Structural engineering support for new and or upgrading district facilities.– Construction project cost estimation.– Geotechnical engineering services and support.– Environmental studies, site evaluations, and other engineering reports.– Specialty construction inspections and acceptance testing support.– Collection system and plant capacity data collection and Modeling analysis.– Equipment procurement support.– Wastewater treatment plant process improvement recommendations and performance measurements.
