(1) Vendor needs to provide total compensation and actuarial services to the government authority located in Colorado.• Provide expert actuarial and total compensation consulting services and subject matter expertise regarding market trends and best practices related to total compensation to evaluate the competitiveness of State salaries and benefits.• The analysis shall benchmark individual components of the state’s total compensation program against comparable local, national, and federal data sources across both public and private sectors.• Contractor shall use rigorous, industry–standard methodologies to evaluate prevailing market compensation and deliver data–driven, evidence–based recommendations.• Provide market data, up to four times per year or as otherwise approved by the State, to support system maintenance studies.• Coordinate and participate in meetings and presentations requested by the State, including meetings regarding methodology, survey data, report findings, ad hoc analyses, and other services performed under the Contract.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 29, 2026.
