CFD Sidewalk Replacement 2026

The City of West Sacramento is accepting sealed responses for CFD Sidewalk Replacement 2026 to be received no later than Friday, September 4, 2026 at 2:00 pm. The Project consists of the removal and replacement of damaged 4-inch PCC sidewalk panels at the locations identified in the Cost Table, within various Community Facilities Districts (CFDs), including sawcutting, removal and legal disposal of existing panels, subgrade preparation, aggregate base, PCC sidewalk replacement, and root barrier and driveway crossing reconstruction where applicable, complete and in place. Work is paid on a per-square-foot unit price basis. The bid specifications, including instructions on how to bid, standards for a responsive bid, and project specifications, are attached hereto in Attachments and incorporated herein by reference as if set forth in full. In the event of a conflict between these specifications, Standard Specifications, Standard Details, or the plans/attachments, the most stringent requirement shall govern unless otherwise directed in writing by the City.
