ASM-2624 - USA (Lyons, New York) - Fixed Asset Inventory and Valuation Services - Deadline August 28,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide fixed asset inventory and valuation services to the government authority located in Lyons, NY. – A physical inventory of all owned fixed assets, including to buildings, land, machinery, equipment, vehicles, and furniture.– The selected firm will be responsible for conducting a thorough on–site inventory of all fixed assets and providing accurate valuations to ensure that the insurance policies are accurate and reflect the cost to replace and to ensure accurate reporting of capital assets.– Provide a comprehensive fixed asset register in an electronic format compatible with the financial management system. – Each asset will be inventoried and valued individually.– Asset register updates.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 21, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for six years.
