(1) Vendor needs to provide laser printing and mailing services for printing and mailing distribution of the Cities billing documents to the government authority located in Sacramento, CA.– These documents are issued to both residential and commercial customers on established schedules, including weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual distributions. – These documents include:• Utility bills – approximately twenty thousand (20,000) accounts billed on a monthly basis• Business License –Approximately seven thousand (7,000) Business License Renewal notices are issued annually.• Utility bill delinquent notices• Business licenses• Business license delinquent notices.(2) All question must be submitted no later than September 10, 2026.
