(1) Vendor needs to provide works first and supplemental nutrition assistance program employment and training services to the government authority located in Montgomery, OH. – Assist with the administration and delivery of employment, education, training, case–management, work–activity, supportive–service, and related programming for participants referred or otherwise authorized by agency.– Administer and provide employment and training programming and services under two distinct service areas: Ohio Works First (OWF) and Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program Employment and Training (SNAP E&T).• Ohio Works First (OWF):– OWF is agency’s Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) cash assistance program.– Administer and deliver employment and training programming that supports participants in completing assigned work or alternative activities, overcoming barriers to employment, progressing toward self–sufficiency, and meeting applicable OWF program requirements. • Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program Employment and Training (SNAP E&T):– Assists eligible SNAP participants in gaining the skills, training, work experience, and support necessary to obtain or retain employment and improve economic self–sufficiency.– Administer and deliver appropriate SNAP E&T programming and services to participants referred or authorized by agency, including individuals subject to applicable SNAP work requirements.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 18, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for one year. (4) A non–mandatory pre–bid meeting will be held on September 16, 2026.
