CLEANING-13288 - USA (Morganton, North Carolina) - Janitorial Services - Deadline September 1,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide janitorial services to the government authority located in Morganton, NC.– Clean countertops, sink and floor in kitchen/ kitchenettes. Sweep floors and mop floors – Dust all ledges, sills and partitions to keep clean and free of dust. – Vacuum and dust all cloth bottom chairs. – Spot clean all surfaces including entrance areas and glass partitions. – Wash and dry all interior and exterior glass.– Dust all Venetian blinds.– Vacuum all carpeted floors. – Wash and sanitize toilets, seats and urinals in bathrooms – Clean Breakroom and Canteen, sweeping floors, mopping, and wiping down tables, fountains and machines.(2) A hold pre–bid meeting will be held on August 18, 2026.(3) All question must be submitted no later than August 20, 2026.
