(1) Vendor needs to provide comprehensive mental health services to the government authority located in San Jose, CA.– Provide comprehensive trauma and grief counseling, crisis response, training, and related support services.– Individual and group counseling and psychotherapy.– Individual and group crisis support services.– Drop–in support and psychoeducation.– Community crisis response and peer support coordination.– Psychoeducational workshops and trainings on trauma, grief, wellness, and resilience.– Training in psychological first aid.– Outreach, supportive events, and annual memorial support.– Referrals to other mental health and community resources.– Client scheduling, documentation, and data collection.– Crisis support personnel, including on–call support as needed.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than October 28, 2026.
