(1) Vendor needs to provide storage structure materials and construction services to the government authority located in Binghamton, NY.– Provide design and construction for a permanent rectangular type structure suitable for the bulkstorage of sand with minimum ground water contamination and capable of storing vehicles withinone end of the structure.– The sand pile storage floor area shall be entirely free of columns and roof supports of any type allowing unimpeded loading of truck–spreader vehicles with front–end loading equipment.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 10, 2026.
