Vendor needs to provide special bond counsel services to the government authority located in Elizabeth, NJ.– Financing of various capital projects.– Bond counsel to various counties, county authorities, municipalities, and municipal authorities.– Provide advice, counsel and assistance to its financial advisor in the preparation of the documents necessary to effectuate the application, including, preparing bond resolutions, trust indentures, bond ordinances, and other security agreements.– Responsible for preparing and reviewing any preliminary official statements or official statements.
