Scope of work The City of Port St. Lucie desires to obtain bids from qualified individuals, firms, and legal entities for the Maintenance & Repairs of Irrigation Systems in the City of Port Saint Lucie. It is the intent of the City to enter into a per unit fixed price contract with one (1) qualified Contractor to maintain and make any necessary repairs to the irrigation systems .
